GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The examination of documents as an expert by handwriting experts under the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every handwriting expert carrying on the examination of documents as an expert shall furnish Form F to the Bar Council within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every handwriting expert carrying on the examination of documents as an expert shall make an application in Form F to the Bar Council within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the examination of documents as an expert is undertaken, and the Bar Council shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
