GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a child care institution by child care institutions under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Anganwadi Supervisor, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every child care institution carrying on the running of a child care institution shall furnish Form VII to the Committee within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every child care institution carrying on the running of a child care institution shall make an application in Form VII to the Committee within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a child care institution is undertaken, and the Committee shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
