GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The execution of process by bailiffs under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Laws (Reforms and Amendment) Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Taxing Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bailiff carrying on the execution of process shall furnish Form B to the Taxing Officer within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every bailiff carrying on the execution of process shall make an application in Form B to the Taxing Officer within seven days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the execution of process is undertaken, and the Taxing Officer shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
