GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The development of land by developers under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Health Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every developer carrying on the development of land shall furnish Form H to the Director of Municipal Administration within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every developer carrying on the development of land shall make an application in Form H to the Director of Municipal Administration within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of land is undertaken, and the Director of Municipal Administration shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
