GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The supply of goods to the Government by registered suppliers under the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall furnish Form GFR 40 to the Government of Rajasthan within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every registered supplier carrying on the supply of goods to the Government shall make an application in Form GFR 40 to the Government of Rajasthan within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the supply of goods to the Government is undertaken, and the Government of Rajasthan shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Rajasthan.
