GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a common service centre by operators of a common service centre under the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1947, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Panchayat Development Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a common service centre carrying on the running of a common service centre shall furnish Form 1 to the Director of Panchayats within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a common service centre carrying on the running of a common service centre shall make an application in Form 1 to the Director of Panchayats within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a common service centre is undertaken, and the Director of Panchayats shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Energy Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
