GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The teaching in a recognised school by teachers under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director of Education, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every teacher carrying on the teaching in a recognised school shall furnish Form H to the Commission within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every teacher carrying on the teaching in a recognised school shall make an application in Form H to the Commission within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the teaching in a recognised school is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Gujarat.
