GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Tamil Nadu Fire Service Act, 1985, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Station Fire Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall furnish Form A to the District Authority within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form A to the District Authority within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of relief materials is undertaken, and the District Authority shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
