GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The operation of a hazardous installation by owners of a hazardous installation under the Andhra Pradesh Fire Service Act, 1999, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Incident Commander, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a hazardous installation carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation shall furnish Form D to the Civil Defence Controller within three days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a hazardous installation carrying on the operation of a hazardous installation shall make an application in Form D to the Civil Defence Controller within three days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a hazardous installation is undertaken, and the Civil Defence Controller shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
