GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The procurement of goods and services by procuring entities under the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurements Act, 1999, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Procurement Officer, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every procuring entity carrying on the procurement of goods and services shall furnish Form GFR 12-A to the Finance Commission within fourteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every procuring entity carrying on the procurement of goods and services shall make an application in Form GFR 12-A to the Finance Commission within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the procurement of goods and services is undertaken, and the Finance Commission shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Karnataka.
