GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The storage of relief materials by suppliers of relief materials under the Tamil Nadu Fire Service Act, 1985, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Station Fire Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall furnish Form G to the District Authority within one day.
2. The matter has been examined. Every supplier of relief materials carrying on the storage of relief materials shall make an application in Form G to the District Authority within one day, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the storage of relief materials is undertaken, and the District Authority shall dispose of it within one day of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
