GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of an old age home by keepers of an old age home under the Tamil Nadu Registration of Marriages Act, 2009, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Child Welfare Officer, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every keeper of an old age home carrying on the running of an old age home shall furnish Form I to the Central Adoption Resource Authority within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of an old age home carrying on the running of an old age home shall make an application in Form I to the Central Adoption Resource Authority within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of an old age home is undertaken, and the Central Adoption Resource Authority shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
