GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The sale of fertilisers by dealers in fertilisers under the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 1961, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Seed Inspector, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every dealer in fertilisers carrying on the sale of fertilisers shall furnish Form E to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every dealer in fertilisers carrying on the sale of fertilisers shall make an application in Form E to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the sale of fertilisers is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Societies shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Punjab.
