GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a cinema by owners of a cinema under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Regional Officer of the Board, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a cinema carrying on the running of a cinema shall furnish Form III to the Appellate Tribunal within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a cinema carrying on the running of a cinema shall make an application in Form III to the Appellate Tribunal within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a cinema is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
