GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a pre-school by operators of a pre-school under the Gujarat Private Universities Act, 2009, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the District Education Officer, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a pre-school carrying on the running of a pre-school shall furnish Form F to the Commission within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a pre-school carrying on the running of a pre-school shall make an application in Form F to the Commission within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a pre-school is undertaken, and the Commission shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Gujarat.
