GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The running of a clinical establishment by persons carrying on a clinical establishment under the Maharashtra Nursing Homes Registration Act, 1949, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Drugs Inspector, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person carrying on a clinical establishment carrying on the running of a clinical establishment shall furnish Form 21 to the District Registering Authority within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every person carrying on a clinical establishment carrying on the running of a clinical establishment shall make an application in Form 21 to the District Registering Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a clinical establishment is undertaken, and the District Registering Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Maharashtra.
