GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The construction of a group housing scheme by builders of a group housing scheme under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Buildings (Regulation of Letting, Rent and Eviction) Act, 1972, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Housing Commissioner, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall furnish Form D to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every builder of a group housing scheme carrying on the construction of a group housing scheme shall make an application in Form D to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the construction of a group housing scheme is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Water Resources Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
