GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a village bus stand by licensees of a village bus stand under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Panchayat Development Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee of a village bus stand carrying on the running of a village bus stand shall furnish Form 4 to the District Collector within fourteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee of a village bus stand carrying on the running of a village bus stand shall make an application in Form 4 to the District Collector within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a village bus stand is undertaken, and the District Collector shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
