GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The business of a commission agent in a market by commissions agent in a market under the Maharashtra Agricultural Lands (Ceiling on Holdings) Act, 1961, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Fertiliser Inspector, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every commission agent in a market carrying on the business of a commission agent in a market shall furnish Form G to the Market Committee within one hundred and twenty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every commission agent in a market carrying on the business of a commission agent in a market shall make an application in Form G to the Market Committee within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the business of a commission agent in a market is undertaken, and the Market Committee shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Maharashtra.
