GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The grazing of cattle on Government waste land by graziers on Government waste land under the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Surveyor, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall furnish Form 12 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every grazier on Government waste land carrying on the grazing of cattle on Government waste land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Revenue Divisional Officer within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the grazing of cattle on Government waste land is undertaken, and the Revenue Divisional Officer shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Maharashtra.
