GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The carrying on of business by persons carrying on business under the Bombay Money-Lenders Act, 1946, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspector, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every person carrying on business carrying on the carrying on of business shall furnish Form D to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every person carrying on business carrying on the carrying on of business shall make an application in Form D to the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the carrying on of business is undertaken, and the Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Maharashtra.
