GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The running of a parking lot by operators of a parking lot under the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1963, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Building Inspector, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a parking lot carrying on the running of a parking lot shall furnish Form C to the Standing Committee within seven days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a parking lot carrying on the running of a parking lot shall make an application in Form C to the Standing Committee within seven days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a parking lot is undertaken, and the Standing Committee shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information Technology Department, Government of Karnataka.
