GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The printing of a periodical by printers under the Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1953, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Regional Officer of the Board, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every printer carrying on the printing of a periodical shall furnish Form IV to the Appellate Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every printer carrying on the printing of a periodical shall make an application in Form IV to the Appellate Tribunal within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the printing of a periodical is undertaken, and the Appellate Tribunal shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of Maharashtra.
