GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION

Subject: The ownership of a building by owners of a building under the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Licensing Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a building carrying on the ownership of a building shall furnish Form F to the Corporation within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a building carrying on the ownership of a building shall make an application in Form F to the Corporation within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the ownership of a building is undertaken, and the Corporation shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Maharashtra.
