GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The occupation of waqf property by tenants of waqf property under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Waqf Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every tenant of waqf property carrying on the occupation of waqf property shall furnish Form D to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every tenant of waqf property carrying on the occupation of waqf property shall make an application in Form D to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the occupation of waqf property is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
