GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of trust property on lease by lessees of trust property under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall furnish Form G to the Commissioner of Endowments within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall make an application in Form G to the Commissioner of Endowments within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of trust property on lease is undertaken, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
