GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The maintenance of a housing complex by facility management agencies under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Inspecting Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every facility management agency carrying on the maintenance of a housing complex shall furnish Form B to the Adjudicating Officer within ninety days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every facility management agency carrying on the maintenance of a housing complex shall make an application in Form B to the Adjudicating Officer within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the maintenance of a housing complex is undertaken, and the Adjudicating Officer shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
