GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The maintenance of a housing complex by facility management agencies under the Maharashtra Apartment Ownership Act, 1970, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Assistant Rent Controller, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every facility management agency carrying on the maintenance of a housing complex shall furnish Form G to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every facility management agency carrying on the maintenance of a housing complex shall make an application in Form G to the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the maintenance of a housing complex is undertaken, and the Registrar of Co-operative Housing Societies shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Housing Department, Government of Maharashtra.
