Amaravati, dated the 3rd May, 2010

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The administration of a trust by trustees under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Waqf Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall furnish Form H to the Board within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every trustee carrying on the administration of a trust shall make an application in Form H to the Board within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a trust is undertaken, and the Board shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
