GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The cultivation of land by farmers under the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Karnataka, after careful examination, hereby orders that every farmer carrying on the cultivation of land shall furnish Form F to the Seed Certification Agency within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every farmer carrying on the cultivation of land shall make an application in Form F to the Seed Certification Agency within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the cultivation of land is undertaken, and the Seed Certification Agency shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Karnataka.
