GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The representation of athletes by sports agents under the Goa, Daman and Diu Public Gambling Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall furnish Form E to the Sports Authority within twenty-one days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every sports agent carrying on the representation of athletes shall make an application in Form E to the Sports Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the representation of athletes is undertaken, and the Sports Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Goa.
