GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a society by societies under the Odisha Hindu Religious Endowments Act, 1952, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Survey Commissioner, the Government of Odisha, after careful examination, hereby orders that every society carrying on the running of a society shall furnish Form G to the Commissioner of Endowments within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every society carrying on the running of a society shall make an application in Form G to the Commissioner of Endowments within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a society is undertaken, and the Commissioner of Endowments shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Transport Department, Government of Odisha.
