GOVERNMENT RESOLUTION
Subject: The administration of an estate by administrators of an estate under the Maharashtra Regulation of Marriage Bureaus and Registration of Marriages Act, 1998, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Child Welfare Officer, the Government of Maharashtra, after careful examination, hereby orders that every administrator of an estate carrying on the administration of an estate shall furnish Form II to the Registrar General within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every administrator of an estate carrying on the administration of an estate shall make an application in Form II to the Registrar General within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of an estate is undertaken, and the Registrar General shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government resolution may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Maharashtra.
