GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The keeping of a bonded warehouse by bonded warehouse keepers under the Goa Excise Duty Act, 1964, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Excise Superintendent, the Government of Goa, after careful examination, hereby orders that every bonded warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall furnish Form B to the Excise Appellate Authority within twenty-one days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every bonded warehouse keeper carrying on the keeping of a bonded warehouse shall make an application in Form B to the Excise Appellate Authority within twenty-one days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a bonded warehouse is undertaken, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall dispose of it within twenty-one days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Goa.
