GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The administration of a temple by executives officer of a temple under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Survey Commissioner, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every executive officer of a temple carrying on the administration of a temple shall furnish Form E to the Registrar of Societies within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every executive officer of a temple carrying on the administration of a temple shall make an application in Form E to the Registrar of Societies within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the administration of a temple is undertaken, and the Registrar of Societies shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Revenue Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
