GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The support of athletes by athlete support personnels under the Kerala Sports Act, 2000, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every athlete support personnel carrying on the support of athletes shall furnish Form C to the Sports Tribunal within seven days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every athlete support personnel carrying on the support of athletes shall make an application in Form C to the Sports Tribunal within seven days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the support of athletes is undertaken, and the Sports Tribunal shall dispose of it within seven days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Kerala.
