GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The listing of securities by listed companies under the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors Act, 1997, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Investigating Authority, the Government of Tamil Nadu, after careful examination, hereby orders that every listed company carrying on the listing of securities shall furnish Form G to the Recognised Stock Exchange within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every listed company carrying on the listing of securities shall make an application in Form G to the Recognised Stock Exchange within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the listing of securities is undertaken, and the Recognised Stock Exchange shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Tamil Nadu.
