GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The conduct of examinations by examination centres under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Deputy Director of Education, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every examination centre carrying on the conduct of examinations shall furnish Form D to the Director of Education within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every examination centre carrying on the conduct of examinations shall make an application in Form D to the Director of Education within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the conduct of examinations is undertaken, and the Director of Education shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
