GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The ownership of a building by owners of a building under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a building carrying on the ownership of a building shall furnish Form E to the Standing Committee within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a building carrying on the ownership of a building shall make an application in Form E to the Standing Committee within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the ownership of a building is undertaken, and the Standing Committee shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
