GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The performance of rituals in a temple by archakas under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act, 1959, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Auditor of Trusts, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every archaka carrying on the performance of rituals in a temple shall furnish Form C to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within thirty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every archaka carrying on the performance of rituals in a temple shall make an application in Form C to the Deputy Charity Commissioner within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the performance of rituals in a temple is undertaken, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Rajasthan.
