GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The keeping of a dharamshala by keepers of a dharamshala under the Uttar Pradesh Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Act, 1983, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Executive Officer, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every keeper of a dharamshala carrying on the keeping of a dharamshala shall furnish Form D to the Government of Uttar Pradesh within one hundred and twenty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every keeper of a dharamshala carrying on the keeping of a dharamshala shall make an application in Form D to the Government of Uttar Pradesh within one hundred and twenty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the keeping of a dharamshala is undertaken, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall dispose of it within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
