GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The use of water by users of water under the Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Executive Engineer, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every user of water carrying on the use of water shall furnish Form E to the Irrigation Authority within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every user of water carrying on the use of water shall make an application in Form E to the Irrigation Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the use of water is undertaken, and the Irrigation Authority shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Rajasthan.
