GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The working of a brewery by brewers under the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Circle Inspector of Excise, the Government of Punjab, after careful examination, hereby orders that every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall furnish Form F to the Collector within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every brewer carrying on the working of a brewery shall make an application in Form F to the Collector within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the working of a brewery is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Water Resources Department, Government of Punjab.
