GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The operation of a rural water supply scheme by operators of a rural water supply scheme under the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1947, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Gram Sevak, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of a rural water supply scheme carrying on the operation of a rural water supply scheme shall furnish Form 2 to the Block Development Officer within fifteen days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of a rural water supply scheme carrying on the operation of a rural water supply scheme shall make an application in Form 2 to the Block Development Officer within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the operation of a rural water supply scheme is undertaken, and the Block Development Officer shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
