GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The plying of a tractor for hire by owners of a tractor plying for hire under the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Panchayat Development Officer, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a tractor plying for hire carrying on the plying of a tractor for hire shall furnish Form 7 to the Block Development Officer within forty-five days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a tractor plying for hire carrying on the plying of a tractor for hire shall make an application in Form 7 to the Block Development Officer within forty-five days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the plying of a tractor for hire is undertaken, and the Block Development Officer shall dispose of it within forty-five days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
