GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The imparting of education by electronic means by operators of an online education platform under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every operator of an online education platform carrying on the imparting of education by electronic means shall furnish Form A to the Director of Education within fifteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every operator of an online education platform carrying on the imparting of education by electronic means shall make an application in Form A to the Director of Education within fifteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the imparting of education by electronic means is undertaken, and the Director of Education shall dispose of it within fifteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Home Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
