GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The display of advertisements by owners of a hoarding under the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Assessor, the Government of Gujarat, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a hoarding carrying on the display of advertisements shall furnish Form B to the Corporation within fourteen days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a hoarding carrying on the display of advertisements shall make an application in Form B to the Corporation within fourteen days, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the display of advertisements is undertaken, and the Corporation shall dispose of it within fourteen days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Finance Department, Government of Gujarat.
