GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The giving of private tuition by private tutors under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every private tutor carrying on the giving of private tuition shall furnish Form E to the Regulatory Authority within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every private tutor carrying on the giving of private tuition shall make an application in Form E to the Regulatory Authority within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the giving of private tuition is undertaken, and the Regulatory Authority shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
