GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of a working women's hostel by working women's hostels under the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Superintendent of the Home, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every working women's hostel carrying on the running of a working women's hostel shall furnish Form IV to the Committee within three days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every working women's hostel carrying on the running of a working women's hostel shall make an application in Form IV to the Committee within three days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of a working women's hostel is undertaken, and the Committee shall dispose of it within three days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Social Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
