GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of trust property on lease by lessees of trust property under the Madhya Pradesh Public Trusts Act, 1951, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Executive Officer, the Government of Madhya Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall furnish Form G to the Waqf Tribunal within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every lessee of trust property carrying on the holding of trust property on lease shall make an application in Form G to the Waqf Tribunal within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of trust property on lease is undertaken, and the Waqf Tribunal shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh.
